Called the manufacturer customer service line and they said it did not come with a insole. Shoe is not comfortable without one. Supervisor in customer service was not pleasant, thought all I wanted was a free insole, even though description said it came with one... The toe on the boot...

I'm very pleased with these shoes. They are light in weight, allow a wide range of motion from the ankle, and are comfortable to wear. They aren't excessively padded but just the right amount to support the sides of the foot and the back of the ankle/Achilles's heel. The only thing I wasn't too pleased about was the insufficient(in my opinion) at the sole. However, this was easily fixed by buying gel soles at Wal-Mart. Now the shoes are just perfect and I wear them very often. The shipping is also reasonable. I got my shoes in about 3-4 business days. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

However, we bought this for my granddaughter, who was going on a long road trip across the country, and we couldn't get it level at all. We tried numerous times and gave up as it didn't seem to work for her and she had to just hold the DVD player on her lap, which at 3 years old wasn't a good idea. Good idea but needs some more adjustments, somehow.
